While it does not fit under my desk to use as intended (due to the shape of desk btw) sitting in front of my computer most of the day, it does exercise the calf and foot muscles from a chair. The built in routines are to get used to but otherwise it works for us. Happy with the purchase – both missus and I use it.

I bought this for my mother who can barely walk. She told me I’ll never be able to use it, my knees are too bad. I encouraged her to just give it a go, first day she did 5 min, I did 2 hours. Next day she was so inspired she did 21min, third day she did 30 min on levels 3-4 and the 4th day she did 30 min level 5. She hadn’t looked back. It’s so gentle it has not affected her knees at all, she still walks slowly with a walking stick but her swelling in legs is coming down. Love I took the gamble. I also just pump out out 2.5-3.5 hours a day on it as I’m mums fulltime carer and can’t leave her for long periods. It’s saving us both!
