Programs and training profiles
Fixed and manually controllable programs offer variety during training and make every training session entertaining. In the heart rate programs, automatic resistance control according to the desired heart rate is possible. An optionally available radio pulse belt is required for this. You specify the desired training time or a distance as a training target. Or just train without guidelines and control the cross trainer manually. You can create and save your own profile in the user program. The recovery pulse program (recovery) provides information about the current fitness status.

The cockpit is already equipped with a POLAR® compatible receiver.
